Over the period of 20 years, Jaime Rosello spent day after a day planting over 3000 oak trees, one tree at a time closer to his dream to be the best truffle dealer in the world. Day after day watering the grounds gives a chance to spores from the truffles to form a sort of relationship with the roots of hand-planted trees, giving the fungi needed carbs whilst providing nutrients to the trees. This long and intense process is not for those without passion and patience.
01Our Philosophy
We are ethic farmers of Mallorca native truffle. Our farm has been developed over a period of over 30 years with beautiful oak trees that give our truffle the best condition to grow and develop.
02Our Technique
The secret of growing the perfect truffle is in choosing the right place for the farm that is matching all the needs of the type of truffle we have planted based on the terrain. We have developed a perfect system for soil tillage and planted the saplings correctly. Most of all we took care of the truffle ground with the love and care we have for it.

We support only green practices of farming giving the product and the land-only natural care support.
